Exchange of Hong Kong and Taiwan Amateur Footballers (April 2019)

The Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) supported the Hong Kong Macau Joint Football Team in Taiwan to organise a series of football competitions in April, with a view to enhancing exchange of the general public of Hong Kong and Taiwan through the sport of football. The event invited football teams comprising of retired professional footballers and other amateur players to play friendlies against Taiwan amateur teams and join other exchange activities, including tutoring sessions conducted for primary school students in Taiwan.
