“Art & Culture @ Hong Kong” Cultural Talk Series (17.5.2014)

On 17 May, the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO) hosted a cultural talk at Eslite’s Xinyi Store in Taipei, with renowned Hong Kong cultural commentator Leung Man-tao and Taiwan writer Lo Yi-chun sharing their observations about Hong Kong’s literature, culture and society. Around 100 participants joined.

This was the first event of the “Art & Culture @ Hong Kong” cultural talk series organised by HKETCO with a view to promoting Hong Kong’s arts and culture. A distinguished Hong Kong cultural leader would be invited to speak at each of the six talks in the six-month series, covering such topics as humanities, photography, food, fashion, design and xiqu.
