Secretary for Home Affairs visits Taipei (23.11.2012)

Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing (second right), in the capacity of the Vice-Chairperson of the Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic and Cultural Co-operation and Promotion Council, carried out his visit programme in Taipei on November 23 morning.
