At the invitation of the Rotary Clubs of Chung-Li, Yangmei, Jong-Li Dong Shan and Longtan Long Quan, Director of the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office (HKETCO), Mr John Leung, delivers a keynote speech on "The relations between Hong Kong and Taiwan - its development in recent years and outlook" at their joint dinner meeting on October 11.
